After more than a decade advising families with substantial real estate holdings and seeing the lack of service offered to our clients by so many property management services, we have established a company to take on the management of substantial homes in the UK.

We take a personal and modern approach to property management. We aim to create an easy, efficient, financially transparent service. Our focus are homes owned by overseas families, who have specific needs from their property managers – trustworthy ongoing management, active response, and coordination of complex staffing and budgets.

Our fresh new approach to the industry will bring a level of satisfaction to owner occupiers and landlords which has been lacking in the London market. By putting our clients first, and building close relationships with them, we are able to anticipate issues before they arise. We endeavour to see our clients in person as often as possible, but when they are overseas we make use of Skype and FaceTime to keep them informed and updated.

Our current property portfolio under management comprises of apartments, town houses, large residential dwellings and country estates. We look after properties predominantly in London and Virginia Water, Cobham, Cotswolds, Cheshire and Manchester.
